Last Will and Testament
I, Eugene Bidleman of the Town of Yates, in the County of Orleans and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in manner following that is to say:
FIRST, - I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
SECOND. I give, devise, and bequeath to my wife, Abbie Bidleman, all my household furniture of every name nature and kind whatsoever owned by me at the time of my death, including musical instruments and silver and dishes.
THIRD I give devise and bequeath to my wife, Abbie Bidleman, the use, income and avails of all my real estate as long as she shall remain my widow; upon her remarriage or at her death, in case she does not remarry, I give, devise and bequeath the said real estate to my two sons, George H Bidleman and Donald L. Bidleman, share and share alike the above bequest to my said wife is hereby made in lieu of alldower (sic) rights she may have in my said real estate.
FOURTH_ all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give, and bequeath to my said wife Abbie Bidleman, and to my said sons, George H. Bidleman and Donald L. Bidleman share and share alike.
LASTLY I hereby appoint my said sons George H. Bidleman and Donald L. bidleman, executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wlls(sic) by me made

We, whose names are hereto subscribed do certify that on the 27th, day of March 1917, Eugene Bidleman the testator subscribed his name to this instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us, and at the same time, in our presence andhearing(sic) declared the same to be his last will and Testament, and requested us, and each of us, to sign our names thereto as witnesses to the execution thereof which we hereby do in the presence of the testator and of each other, on the said date and write opposite our names our respective places of residence.

Harcourt, Surrogate of said County the last will and Testament of Eugene Bidleman, late of the Town of Yates, in said County, deceased, being the foregoing and hereunto annexed written instrument, was upon due proof admitted to probate asa Will valid to pass real and personal estate.
